The blowout suppression box that our company developed is new productions that can substitutes the oil pumping well head sealer. It is apatented product that our company developed according to the technology and experience of oil extraction. It has all the merits that the domestic andforeign well head sealers have.
This product is uniquely designed and easy to operate. Itseconomic efficiency is obvious. And the padding of it uses is the oil fieldwaste material (pumping unit waste leather belt). So it has the very goodprospects for development.
Characteristics:
1、The oil field waste leather belt is its padding and wears resistant and also has a service life of 2-3 month. It reduced operator's labor intensity, raised the operating efficiency and has obvious economic efficiency.
2、When adds the packing, because of the inlaying bearing, it operates nimbly.
3、Safe and reliable. It has overcome the shortcoming of oil squeezing and leaking.
4、If butter packing is used, better effect is expected.
Installation:
1、The installment of the blowout suppression box basically consistent with the oil well head sealer.
2、Filling in padding. With the positioning bolt the padding is fixed. Then the top head of the blowout suppression box is installed. Again uses special spanner revolving to enter the tape reel to screw tight, and then the padding is pushed and sealed tightly with the special spanner screwing the reel.
