PRQ Sludge Cleaning Equipment
I:Introduction:
In the course of oil exploitationfine articles and the Petroleum
together flow into the ground processing system. They are the main
source of sludge. It has high oil content, big viscosity, tiny
particle, poor mobility and other characteristics. All these
characteristics make it difficult to be cleaned out and may also
raise the allowed figure of the suspended substance, block up the
fine filter apparatus, pollute stratum, causes the oil layer
infiltration capacity to drop and a steady rise of the irrigation
pressure.
The conventional sludge clean craft is to punch holes in the bottom
of the settlement tank. It cannot efficiently clean the tank and
seriously lower the settlement effect. In order to improve this
condition, our company engineered and developed a new apparatus in
this field. Its efficiency is 4~6 times higher than the earlier one
and clean 85% sludge in the tank. This greatly lengthened the
regular tank clear time-gap and avoided the problems of the
original system (in the 4 years since first set of apparatus being
putted into use, this sewage sedimentation tank has not had any
sludge deposition).
Working Principle:
This apparatus which adopted the liquid jet principle is composed
of nozzles, mixing tube, diverging pipe and primers mud room etc.
It is fixed in the bottom of the settling tank, with nozzle
connected with the bleeder tube line, mixing tube and diverging
pipe connected with the sludge pipe and the sludge import located
by the mixing tube which is underneath the spray nozzle. When the
flowing assisting liquid is jetted from the spray nozzle, as the
diameter of nozzle is quite narrow, the flowing speed increases
highly and so the pressures are dropped steadily. All these form a
low pressure region between the nozzle and the mixing tube. Under
the function of the pressure difference, sludge in the bottom of
the tank is pumped out from tube after its pressure was raised in
the diverging pipe. Till this, the whole process of sludge pumping
is finished.
Characteristics:
1、Been fixed in the bottom of the tank, it highly raise the
pressure difference and flowing speed. It is a great help that have
increased the sludge cleaning efficiency
2、The requirement of pressure is low enough that the original
sluice pipe line and equipment can satisfy its power request.
3、The negative pressure produced helps elevating the settlement
tank
4、Every group of sludge cleaning equipment is capable of 10~20
square meter’s cleaning
5、The suspended substance which has big than narmal size and
certain viscoclasticity does not effect its narmal efficiency.

Transport and Fixing:
1、Suitable loading and unloading tools should be adopted. Knocking
against the sucker and uncivilized loading should be avoided.
2、According to the size of the settlement tank, suitable numbers of
sludge apparatus should be fixed evenly in the tank bottom.
3、Fixed higher up the tank bottom by 15~20cm with a bracket and fix
them with bolts.
4、Connecting the pipe lines.
Using and Maintenance:
1、According to the water quality, turn on the valve every day or
the next day regularly for 5~10 minate.
2、In normal condition, the sludge cleaning apparatus needs no
repair after being put into use.
